Wholesale TERMS & CONDITIONS



HOW TO ORDER
Email us at hello@maamoulpress.com with the name and website link for your business, shipping address, and a list of requested product names and quantities. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping. 

SHIPPING
We will cover 50% of shipping costs for domestic orders. Items will ship after receipt of payment. Although it will likely be sooner, please allow up to 1-3 weeks after receipt of payment for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the shipping method or carrier.

STOCK
If any items you request are low in stock or out of stock, we will e-mail you with an ETA of availability.

IN PERSON PICK-UP
Retailers are welcome to pick up wholesale stock from us in person by appointment in metro Detroit, or at festivals we are tabling at. Advance notice before the festival via e-mail requesting what you want to pick up is strongly preferred. Payment can be made in-person at the festival or in advance through a digital invoice. Upcoming festival appearances

WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed on our online shop in U.S. dollars. Prices subject to change without notice. All retailers will receive 50% off the full retail price.

ORDER MINIMUMS
Orders must have a minimum of:
At least 3 of each requested item
$40 total for the entire order

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are accepted through Square, Stripe, Paypal and check.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

ONLINE SALES
Wholesale orders are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling Maamoul Press stock on other online retail outlets (amazon, ebay, etc).

NATURE OF HANDMADE ZINES / HAND-PULLED PRINTS
Some of our items are printed and/or assembled by hand. Due to the nature of these production methods, products may vary slightly.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We will only accept returns in the case of incorrect orders or defective merchandise as noted above.
